Roles & Responsibities
- 5+ years of professional experience, mainly focused on building and scaling backend systems for consumer-facing applications
- Strong product intuition, with the ability to assess technical tradeoffs through the lens of user impact
- Hands-on experience with AI agent tooling, including evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering techniques
- Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms, enabling you to create effective solutions and confidently work with and enhance existing codebases
- Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and experiment-led execution
- Good project management capabilities
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for articulating and validating decisions
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers, supporting their growth and helping them reach their full potential

As part of the Team, you'll take ownership of complex initiatives tied to critical, company-wide goals. Working with .NET, you'll build practical, high-performance, and well-tested systems that operate reliably, while contributing to related backend efforts.

In the role of Senior Engineer, you'll collaborate with teammates and take end-to-end responsibility for resolving product challenges across our all-in-one privacy platform, regardless of scope. Over time, you'll also take on mentorship responsibilities and guiding other engineers, supporting their career development, and contributing to the overall growth of the team at Uzera.
Along with this, you'll also work across a broader backend stack including C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related technologies.
