Role Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across backend (Java, Spring Boot, Python), frontend (ReactJS), cloud-native microservices, and modern Dev SecOps practices. This role requires strong engineering discipline, an ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, architects, and product stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in modern Java Full-Stack development.
- Strong command of Java frameworks and libraries, including Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Proven experience building single-page web applications using ReactJS, Bootstrap, and Nodejs.
- Strong, hands-on proficiency with Python for scripting, automation, data processing, and backend services.
- Proven ability to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into production-ready experiences.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing microservices and event-driven systems leveraging messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Expertise developing and maintaining RESTful APIs, backend services, and database schemas across relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) platforms.
- Ability to enforce software engineering best practices including peer code reviews, unit and integration testing, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Proven ability to proactively detect and remediate security vulnerabilities across application code and infrastructure, ensuring compliance within established SLAs.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating containerized microservices on cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), applying cloud-native patterns and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Ability to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into polished, functional interfaces.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-stack production issues and drive root-cause analysis to resolution.
- Experience integrating AI / Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows) into existing applications and new product features.
- Experience collaborating with data science and ML teams to operationalize models, build evaluation pipelines, and deploy production-ready AI services.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, state management, and component-driven development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues end-to-end.
- Experience participating actively in Agile ceremonies and managing work and releases through Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with junior engineers on complex tickets, guiding them through debugging, root-cause analysis, and responding to production incidents.
- Guide jr developers on writing effective unit and integration tests, and navigating CI/CD pipelines with confidence.
- Provide mentorship and technical feedback to jr engineers, guiding them to expand into new areas such as cloud computing, AI/ML, and DevOps, and progressing toward mid-level contributions.

- Hands-on experience with the Palantir foundry, including building pipelines, ontologies, and data-driven applications.
- Familiarity with Palantir's development tooling such as PySpark transforms, TypeScript-based Functions, Workshop.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale data integration and operational analytics workflows built on Palantir.
- Ability to identify and apply AI-driven solutions to real-world business problems and integrate them into enterprise applications.
