Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a

team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing

environment.

Architecture and Design: Lead the design and implementation of

scalable, maintainable software architectures, ensuring alignment with

business objectives.

Development and Deployment: Drive the development and deployment

of software solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.

Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues,

providing timely and effective solutions.

Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and

stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth,

providing opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

Skill sets

Experience: 6 to 9 years of professional software development experience

with a strong focus on .NET, React, and Azure.

Technical Skills: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React,

Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure

Cosmos DB), and DevOps practices.

Platform Skills: Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native

development. Solid understanding of software design patterns and

principles.

Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and

inspire other engineers.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the

ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse

audiences.

Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a

proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges.

Good to have

Knowledge of cloud native technologies

Certification/Experience in AWS/Azure resources

Educational Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or

an equivalent degree.
