Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – Digital Product Development to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered applications. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building intelligent, agent-driven systems from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions, leveraging modern AI platforms such as Azure, OpenAI, AWS, or Google Cloud tools
• Lead the development and integration of agent-based AI systems, transforming business problems into scalable, intelligent solutions
• Work on prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning models, and deploying AI workflows into production environments
• Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, including regression, classification, NLP, and neural network-based approaches
• Architect systems that balance scalability, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Evaluate emerging AI and ML technologies and recommend adoption where they bring measurable business value
• Ensure solutions align with responsible AI principles, focusing on transparency, data privacy, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical implementations
• Mentor and guide engineering teams while driving technical best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development (React and .NET/Python) with exposure to AI-driven solutions
• Strong frontend expertise in React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
• Backend experience with .NET, Node.js, or Python (preferred)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles
• Strong foundation in machine learning concepts, including model development, evaluation, and neural networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
• Hands-on experience with NLP and transformer-based architectures
• Practical experience with Generative AI techniques such as RAG, embeddings, and grounding models with enterprise data
• Familiarity with agent-based frameworks like Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, or LangGraph, including orchestration and multi-step reasoning
• Strong prompt engineering skills to improve accuracy and reliability of AI outputs
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable AI/ML systems in production environments
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
