Senior Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 5+ years of experience in .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. The candidate should have strong development skills and experience working on business applications.

The role also involves guiding a small team, handling production issues, and working closely with product and engineering teams. Experience in payroll, ERP, accounting, HCM, or fintech applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
• Work with banking, tax, accounting, and benefits-related integrations.
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and build solutions.
• Monitor production applications and resolve technical issues.
• Handle customer issues related to payroll processing, accuracy, and system performance.
• Review code, help improve application performance, and reduce technical debt.
• Guide and mentor 1–3 developers while continuing to work on development tasks.
• Work with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage applications in Azure environments.
• Follow security and data privacy standards while handling sensitive payroll information.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience working on business applications such as payroll, ERP, accounting, HCM, billing, or fintech.
• Experience handling production issues and finding root causes.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other developers.
• Good understanding of Git, testing, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Azure and Azure DevOps experience is preferred.
• Experience with multi-tenant applications is a plus.
• Payroll software experience, including taxes, ACH, garnishments, overtime, W-2, or 941 reporting, is a plus.
