Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with deep expertise in system

architecture, product development, and front-end/back-end technologies. The ideal

candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, has experience building scalable,

high-impact products, and can take ownership of technical decisions across the stack.

In this role, you will architect and develop cloud-native web applications, mentor team

members, and ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the development and maintenance of dynamic, responsive web

applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, and React Router.

● Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure backend

systems using Python and Django.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver

high-quality software.

● Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.

● Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

● Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

● Drive adoption of engineering best practices across the team.

● Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS services (EC2, S3,

Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).

● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance, scalability, and

reliability.

● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

● Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end and backend technologies and

frameworks.

Required Qualifications

● 5+ years of hands-on software development experience across full stack.

● Strong proficiency in React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and

modern frontend tools.

● Experience with Python and Django for backend development.

● Strong architectural skills: designing distributed systems, APIs, and

microservices.

● Proven startup experience or ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic

environments.

● Product development experience: building, scaling, or owning critical features of

live products.

● Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with GraphQL and Next.js.

● Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries such as Styled-components or Emotion.

● Knowledge of UI component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra

UI.

● Experience working with cloud-native infrastructure and serverless

deployments.

● Experience with LLM integration (1+ year) is a plus.
