Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in cloud-native design and architecture to support the development and implementation of the TSCMF management platform. This role is critical in building scalable, resilient, and secure applications that align with modern cloud computing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior/mid-level developers.

Collaborate with CLIENT and vendor cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications (microservices, containerization, serverless).

Build front-end (React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java) components.

Implement APIs and integrate third-party services.

Configure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Conduct testing, debugging, and prepare technical documentation.

Provide hypercare support post-deployment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT (Master's preferred).

Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development with cloud-native expertise.

Technical Skills:

Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Angular.

Back-end: Node.js, Python, Java.

Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP; Kubernetes, Docker, serverless.

Workflow orchestration: Temporal.

Databases: SQL & NoSQL.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Tools: CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, DevOps practices.

Preferred: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Agile methodologies.

Coordination

Work under CLIENT IT Department Manager.

Collaborate with project team, stakeholders, and vendor teams.

Provide additional services as required by CLIENT ITD supervisor.
