Senior Full-stack Developer

About The Role
We are looking for a battle-tested Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance products. You will own architecture decisions end-to-end and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using *React* on frontend and *Node.js / Python / Golang* on backend.
- Architect and build *microservices-based* systems and RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
- Own *deployment, CI/CD, and infrastructure* on Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Design and optimize database schemas - *SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)*.
- Ensure high performance, security, and availability of production systems.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to ship features fast.
Required Skills - Must Have
- *10+ years* of professional full-stack development experience.
- Expert in *Frontend: http://React.js, http://Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3*, State Management (Redux/Zustand).
- Expert in *Backend: http://Node.js (Express/NestJS) and at least one of Python (Django/FastAPI) or Golang*.
- Strong experience with *Microservices Architecture, System Design, and Distributed Systems*.
- Hands-on with *Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch*.
- Proven experience with *Cloud Technologies: AWS / GCP / Azure* - EC2, S3, Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong in *Deployment & DevOps:* Docker, K8s, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Linux, Nginx.
- Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Scalability.
Good to Have
- Experience with message queues - Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS.
- Experience with Monitoring - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Sentry.
- Experience leading teams and owning product modules.
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
