About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at IAVerse, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying full-stack applications using MERN, Next.js, mobile app technologies, and cloud-native microservices on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. You will work closely with our AI, product, and DevOps teams to deliver next-gen digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop microservices-driven applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build next-generation web interfaces using React.js and Next.js with highly interactive and dynamic UI/UX.
• Develop and optimize mobile applications using React Native (or equivalent frameworks) as part of a unified digital environment.
• Work with cloud infrastructure and automate deployments using AWS EC2, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for optimal performance and scalability.
• Lead end-to-end product development cycles from architecture design to production deployment.
• Ensure application reliability, fault tolerance, and horizontal scalability.
• Mentor development teams and uphold engineering best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, DevOps, design, and product innovation teams at IAVerse.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Microservices Architecture (Core Requirement)
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Next.js & Server-Side Rendering
• Mobile Application Development (React Native or similar)
• PostgreSQL (advanced)
• AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Git, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage at IAVerse)

• Knowledge of AI API integration, real-time data streaming (Kafka/Redis).
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Metaverse platforms, 3D frameworks, AR/VR technologies.
• Understanding of micro-frontends and modular scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of proven hands-on full-stack development and deployment experience.
• Prior experience working in cloud-first, microservices-driven product companies.
• Strong problem-solving capability, performance optimization, and scalability mindset.
• Ability to lead feature teams and contribute strategically to product vision.
