Senior Full Stack Developer | Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade web applications and AI-enabled digital platforms. The role requires strong ownership across architecture, backend services, modern frontend engineering, cloud deployment, performance optimization, and integration of enterprise and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver scalable web applications across frontend, backend, database, and deployment layers.

•Architect microservices, APIs, integrations, and data flows for high-performance and secure enterprise systems.

•Build modern user interfaces using React / Next.js / Angular with strong usability and responsive design principles.

•Develop backend services using Node.js, Python, Java Spring Boot, or ASP.NET Core based on solution needs.

•Lead architecture decisions covering data storage, caching, event/messaging patterns, and system reliability.

•Integrate AI capabilities such as LLM APIs, RAG workflows, agent orchestration, and knowledge systems where relevant.

•Drive code quality through design reviews, testing strategy, CI/CD, observability, and secure coding practices.

•Mentor engineers, support estimation and planning, and guide delivery from requirement analysis to production support.

Education and Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

•Proven experience in full stack software engineering with strong system design and production delivery exposure.

•Hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework and one enterprise backend stack.

•Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor junior to mid-level developers.

Preferred Profile

•Experience building AI-enabled applications, enterprise platforms, or internal developer platforms.

•Exposure to message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ and caching layers such as Redis.

•Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.

•Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with business, product, QA, and infrastructure teams.
