Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with AI exposure to lead technical execution and take ownership of project delivery. This is a development-first role with hands-on full stack development, project coordination, and technical leadership and team management.
The role requires someone who can build, guide, and deliver owning the technical solution, mentoring the team, and ensuring successful delivery for Australian clients.
Strong coding and architectural skills are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Development & AI
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend and backend).
- Work extensively with React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, and databases.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Integrate AI-driven features, such as:
- AI Voice Agent, AI SMS Agent, AI Email Agent
- Automation workflows
- AI APIs
- Analytics and intelligent system enhancements
- Work with or actively learn prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive long-term solutions.
2. Project Management & Client Delivery
- Own technical delivery for assigned Australian client projects.
- Act as a technical point of contact for project-related discussions.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks, sprint plans, and timelines.
- Estimate effort, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Track progress, risks, and blockers proactively.
- Provide clear and structured updates aligned with Australian client expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
3. Technical Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers.
- Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and decision-making.
- Allocate tasks based on skills, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Review team output for quality, performance, and security.
- Conduct stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members and support continuous skill improvement.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and delivery discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- React / Next.js
- Node.js
- REST APIs
- Databases (AWS)
- Prior experience in a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or team-leading role.
- Strong communication skills (English verbal and written).
- Ability to work 7:30 AM 4:00 PM IST aligned with Australian clients.
