Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and agile Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with a strong full-stack background to rapidly design, develop, and deploy innovative Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) leveraging cutting-edge Agentic AI and workflow orchestration. This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly translate ideas into tangible prototypes, and effectively demonstrate their value. You will be instrumental in validating novel AI concepts and showcasing their potential.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI & Workflow Orchestration:
- Rapidly design and implement Agentic AI solutions and complex AI agent workflows from concept to functional prototype.
- Utilize frameworks like LangGraph, or equivalent, to build sophisticated multi-agent systems and orchestrate their interactions.
- Integrate AI agents with various tools and external services to enable comprehensive task execution and data interaction.
- Develop robust chaining mechanisms for sequential and conditional agent actions.
Full Stack Development & UI/UX
- Build dynamic and attractive user interfaces for POCs using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and connect them to robust backend services (e.g., FastAPI).
- Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for demonstrating AI capabilities.
- Collaborate on defining the user story and translating it into interactive prototypes.
Rapid Prototyping & Deployment
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in rapid prototyping methodologies to deliver functional POCs efficiently.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy POCs to Kubernetes environments for quick testing and demonstration.
- Implement continuous integration practices for agile development of POCs.
Scenario Development & Demo
- Define compelling scenarios and user stories to effectively showcase the value and capabilities of Agentic AI solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging technical demonstrations of POCs to various stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and impactful presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: BS/ MS/ PhD in CS/AI/Data Science (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 6+ years in software development with significant experience (2+ years) in AI/ML prototyping, especially with GenAI/Agentic AI concepts and full-stack development.
