About the role
Join Alignity Solutions to lead the development and scaling of AI-BOS, a reusable AI platform powering multiple AI-native SaaS products, as a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Build core platform components like Workflow Engine, Analysis Engine, and Provider Adapter Layer.
- Develop agentic AI workflows integrating OpenAI and other AI frameworks and third-party APIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 engineers, ensuring architecture, security, performance, and engineering best practices.
- Drive automation workflows, scalable APIs, and DevOps pipelines to accelerate product delivery.
Required skills and experience
- 7+ years of full stack engineering experience with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience leading small engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Solid DevOps skills including Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
- Hands-on experience integrating agentic AI workflows and large language models using tools like Cursor, Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw.
- Startup mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and effective communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Lovable, n8n, LangGraph, MCP, and Vector databases.
- Familiarity with browser automation and testing tools like Playwright or Puppeteer.
- Exposure to AI content generation tools like ElevenLabs and HeyGen.
