Key Deliverables:

Participate in technical discussions, providing feedback and recommendations.
Ship and own high-impact products end-to-end with high quality.
Propose and lead technical initiatives to improve code quality, observability, and testing practices.
Convert ambiguous technical problems into actionable plans, executing them with the team.

Role Responsibilities:

Uphold a high bar for product quality and user experience in technical discussions.
Lead efforts around improving service health and aligning teams with best practices.
Mentor junior developers and guide them in frontend development.
Build and optimize user-centric, scalable front-end infrastructure in a dynamic environment.
