About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Frontend Engineer who loves building fast, scalable products and shaping engineering culture from the ground up.
You won't just manage — you'll architect, build, review, mentor, and ship.

What You'll Do
- Lead frontend architecture and technical decisions
- Build and scale complex applications using React.js
- Own state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit
- Set coding standards and conduct strong code reviews
- Improve performance, bundle size, and UI responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design & Backend teams
- Mentor developers and raise the bar for frontend quality
Requirements
- 5+ years in frontend development
- Strong hands-on expertise in React
- Deep understanding of Redux & state management patterns
- Experience designing scalable frontend architectures
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+)
- Experience with TypeScript (preferred)
- Experience in writing clean, testable, maintainable code
- Strong code review and mentoring experience
- Startup mindset — speed + ownership + accountability
Good to have
- Experience with Next.js
- Micro-frontend architecture
- Performance optimization at scale
- Event based architecture experience
- Experience with WebRTC
