You will join a fast-moving engineering environment focused on building modern, scalable web experiences across a multi-brand omnichannel retail ecosystem.
The role plays a key part in evolving a unified operating platform that powers several well-known retail brands.
You will design and deliver high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript at scale.

AI-powered development tools are actively integrated into workflows, enabling faster delivery and enhanced engineering productivity.

Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and enhance user-facing features across multiple brand platforms, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Integrate AI-driven development tools to improve engineering efficiency and enhance product experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, including unit and automated test coverage.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and engineering excellence.
- Continuously improve application performance, usability, and scalability across the frontend stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building complex, high-performing web applications.
- Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code in production environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), UX/UI collaboration, or functional programming concepts.
