We're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build exceptional cross-platform mobile apps and high-performance web interfaces that serve our global user base. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to create seamless user experiences across all devices while contributing to a platform that empowers distributed teams worldwide.

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native

Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React and TypeScript

Implement pixel-perfect UI designs with attention to detail and performance optimization

Manage complex application state using Redux or Context API

Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers in a remote-first environment

4-8 years of professional frontend development experience

Expert-level proficiency in React for web development

Strong experience with React Native for mobile app development

Advanced TypeScript skills with type-safe application development

Proven experience with Redux or Context API for state management

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience building and optimizing high-performance web applications

Experience with HR tech, SaaS, or B2B platform development

Background working in fast-paced startup environments

Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools

Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Play Store)
