We are looking for a Senior Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer (React / Next.js / TypeScript) to join our team in Noida, India. You'll play a pivotal role in building and evolving a high-performance internal operator application that handles real-time data, complex UI components, and power-user workflows. We need someone deeply experienced, hands-on, and ready to ship reliably in a rapid-build environment.

What will you do:

- Build and maintain React / Next.js applications with a modular architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Design and implement complex, high-performance UI components (tables, timelines, dashboards, editors, multi-step workflows) for internal power users.

- Integrate the UI with backend services and streaming/real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE, polling), ensuring low latency and a responsive experience.

- Collaborate closely with designers and product stakeholders to translate interaction-heavy requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces.

- Work end-to-end when needed: define API contracts, integrate services, and ensure correct data flow across frontend and backend.

- Optimize rendering performance (state management, memorization, virtualization, pagination) for large datasets and frequent updates.

- Write and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI patterns that enable fast iteration without sacrificing quality.

- Ensure production readiness: debugging, monitoring hooks, incident fixes, and smooth releases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly, focusing on reliability and operator efficiency.

- Document code, processes, and workflows to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.

What you will need:

- Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js with proven experience delivering production-grade applications.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and building interaction-heavy UIs.

- Experience integrating with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) and real-time data pipelines (WebSockets/SSE).

- Good knowledge of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.) and component-driven development.

- Solid fundamentals in DSA and problem-solving; ability to debug complex behavior quickly.

- Experience with databases and data-centric workflows (SQL/NoSQL familiarity is a plus for full-stack work).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-motivated, practical, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while maintaining high quality.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Python (FastAPI/Django)

- Familiarity with Docker/Podman and CI/CD workflows.

- Experience with observability and performance tooling (profilers, logging, monitoring, error tracking).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Exposure to real-time systems, broadcast/streaming domains, or operator-heavy internal tooling.
