About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React and React Native to build and scale high-performance B2C applications. The ideal candidate thrives in crafting seamless, responsive user experiences across both web and mobile platforms from a unified codebase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable B2C mobile and web applications using React and React Native
- Build and manage a shared codebase architecture for cross-platform (web + mobile) delivery
- Optimize frontend performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability
- Integrate AI tools and third-party APIs to enhance product capabilities
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Work with DevOps teams on deployment pipelines and containerized frontend environments
Must Haves:
- 5–7 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong expertise in React (web) and React Native (mobile)
- Proven experience building and scaling B2C applications
- Experience with shared/unified codebase architecture across platforms
- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Exposure to AI tools, APIs, or automation frameworks
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Docker or containerized environments
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Basic understanding of microservices and how frontend interacts with them

- L2: With the Head (More detailed, logical, extension of the L1)
- L3: Founder + HR (Culture fit)
