The Role
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you'll build reliable, high-performing web experiences that power mission-critical hiring and assessment workflows across the globe.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and accessible interfaces that delight our customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead front-end development initiatives and mentor junior developers
- Architect, build, and optimize complex, scalable web interfaces
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Evaluate and adopt emerging front-end technologies
- Conduct code reviews and maintain front-end coding standards
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG) and front-end best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues
- Contribute to improving development processes and workflows
- Maintain graphic standards and brand consistency in coordination with designers
You Might Be a Fit If...
You Have
- 5-7 years of hands-on frontend development experience
- Strong command over HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Deep experience with React, Jest, React Testing Library
- Understanding of accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership experience - mentoring, guiding, or managing developers
- A portfolio of successful engineering projects and case studies
Bonus Points For
- Performance optimization experience
- Knowledge of micro frontends
- Experience with design systems
- Understanding of backend API integrations
