Senior Frontend Developer - React.js / Next.js

Location: Ambegaon BK, Pune

Work Mode: On-Site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.

This role is not limited to UI implementation. We are looking for someone who can think from a product engineering perspective, architect scalable frontend systems, optimize performance, take ownership of modules, and contribute towards building enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate should have experience building complex dashboards, admin panels, workflow systems, enterprise platforms, operational systems, and scalable frontend architectures.

• Develop scalable and maintainable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
• Architect reusable component systems and scalable frontend structures
• Build enterprise-grade dashboards, workflow systems, admin panels, analytics modules, and operational interfaces
• Design frontend systems with strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Handle large and complex frontend modules independently
• Work on frontend architecture planning and implementation

• Optimize application rendering, API handling, and frontend performance
• Improve load handling, responsiveness, and rendering efficiency
• Implement efficient state management and frontend caching strategies
• Ensure scalability across enterprise-level operational workflows
• Maintain clean, modular, and high-performance code standards

• Take ownership of frontend modules and product features
• Collaborate closely with backend, UI/UX, DevOps, and product teams
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
• Translate business workflows into scalable frontend systems
• Contribute towards improving engineering standards and frontend practices

• Lead frontend implementation efforts within projects
• Mentor junior developers when required
• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering quality
• Coordinate with design teams for implementation accuracy
• Work in fast-paced product development cycles
  

• Strong expertise in React.js
• Strong expertise in Next.js
• Strong understanding of TypeScript
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript ES6+
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience with React Query
• Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit
• Strong expertise in Material UI (MUI)
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
• Experience building responsive and scalable enterprise applications
• Strong Git and collaborative workflow knowledge
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
