Role Overview-

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Front-end Developer with expertise in the (React, Next.js, Node.js) stack to join our team. The Front-end Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for web applications using modern web technologiesparticularly React and related libraries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end development using the MERN stack, and be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind CSS, GSAP and responsive design principles. The Front-end Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end developers, to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly web applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications using React and Next.Js.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back- end developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

Develop responsive web applications that are optimized for performance and deliver seamless user experiences across different devices and browsers.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects and issues, and optimize performance of web applications.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, and recommend best practices to improve software development processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, and provide technical expertise to assist in decision-making processes.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Front-end Developer, with expertise in the React and Next.Js with Tailwind CSS , GSAP.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React,Next.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, and related libraries or frameworks.

Experience in authentication and authorization, guards mechanisms, and API integration.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and experience with agile development methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other front-end libraries or frameworks, such as Vue.js or Angular.

Experience with UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing and user- friendly web applications.

Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience in developing mobile-first web applications.

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools for front-end development.

Experience with testing frameworks and tools for front-end development.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for web applications.
