Job Description – Senior Angular Developer (Micro Frontend)

Skill set: Angular 15+/20, TypeScript, NgRx, Single-SPA, Micro Frontend, GraphQL, REST API, Bootstrap 5, Responsive Design, RxJS, Performance Optimization, Accessibility, Jest, Jasmine, Jenkins CI/CD, Git

Location:1 position is strictly Bangalore-based, and the person must be ready to work from Infosys Bangalore Electronic City office. Other 2 positions can be Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune or Chennai based.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Angular Developer with strong expertise in Angular 15+/20, TypeScript, NgRx, GraphQL, and Micro Frontend architecture using Single-SPA. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, responsive, and high-performance enterprise web applications while driving frontend architecture, state management, and reusable component development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Angular 15+/20 and TypeScript.
• Design and implement reusable, modular, and scalable UI components.
• Implement robust state management solutions using NgRx
• Develop and maintain Micro Frontend architectures using Single-SPA
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using Bootstrap and modern CSS/SCSS practices.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Optimize application performance, bundle size, rendering efficiency, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues while ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote frontend best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 15+/20.
• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
• Mandatory: Strong experience with NgRx State Management.
• Mandatory: Experience with Micro Frontend architecture using Single-SPA.
• Strong experience in Bootstrap 5 and responsive/mobile-first development.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and application scalability.
• Experience with component-driven architecture and reusable UI development.
• Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG/ADA) and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Jest, Jasmine, Karma, and unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead frontend design discussions and mentor development teams.
