Senior Frontend Developer (Flutter/React)

What This Role Is About

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to build and scale high-quality cross-platform applications with Flutter/React. You will own the front-end architecture and delivery of features across iOS, Android, and web, working closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to ship fast, reliable, and beautiful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
• Architect scalable front-end codebases using clean architecture and modular, reusable components.
• Implement and manage application state using BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or similar solutions.
• Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs, with robust error handling and offline support.
• Optimize app performance, including startup time, rendering, memory usage, and app size.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests, and maintain high code quality through code reviews.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage releases as required.
• Write platform-specific code via platform channels, FFI, or plugins when native functionality is needed.
• Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and keep documentation current.

Requirements

Work Experience

• Experience: Minimum 6+ yrs of experience as a Flutter/React developer.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering.
