About the Role

As a Frontend Developer Lead, you will lead the frontend development team in building high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications. You'll collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences, while implementing best practices in coding, architecture, and user interface development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontend developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Design scalable, reusable frontend architectures and components.
• Develop responsive web apps using frameworks such as React.js, Next.js or Angular.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser and multi-device compatibility.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Stay updated with frontend trends and technologies, and drive innovation.
• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Ensure security, accessibility (WCAG), and UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in frontend development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Expertise in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with state management (Redux, MobX), CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS), and CSS-in-JS.
• Integration with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• CI/CD tools, Git, Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Micro Frontends architecture familiarity.
• Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generators (SSG).
• PWA or React Native exposure.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
