Job Title: Senior Technical Lead (Front-End)

Education/Experience: 12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in CS/IT or a related scientific discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and enforce front-end architecture, coding standards, and design patterns, ensuring robust security, accessibility, and scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Lead code reviews, foster best practices, and mentor developers to elevate team technical maturity.
- Hands-on Development: Translate sophisticated UI/UX designs into responsive React interfaces; oversee framework upgrades (React/Next.js) and complex technical troubleshooting.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing strategies (unit, integration, component) using Jest/React Testing Library.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps; lead technical decision-making across projects.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) to optimize code quality, documentation, and development velocity.
Technical Qualifications
- Core Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context, Performance), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS-in-JS/Tailwind.
- State & APIs: Deep experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and RESTful API integration.
- Leadership Scope: Proven track record in leading teams, including expertise in multiple frameworks (Angular/Vue.js) and exposure to micro-frontend architectures.
- Deployment: Familiarity with cloud-hosted frontend environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
