For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Front-End Drupal Developer.
We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop a plan outlining the Drupal framework, modules, and features to be used;
- Define user experience (UX) strategies for seamless navigation and interaction;
- Co-design and develop the UI with the website project lead and implement interactive features and navigation options, including content filters;
- Integrate multimedia elements to be developed by a graphic designer - including animations, videos, and data visualizations;
- Develop a content management structure in Drupal that allows easy updates and scalability;
- Conduct testing to ensure the platform is functional, user-friendly, and bug-free;
- If needed, implement security best practices to protect user data and ensure platform stability;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +8 years of IT experience;
- Proven experience in Drupal development particularly Drupal 11 including configuration, security, and performance optimization;
- Experience in developing interactive and dynamic features such as parallax scrolling, animations, dynamic filters, embedding videcontent, and building data visualizations;
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL is preferred;
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design;
- Fluent in English;
