• To deliver high quality products, the Engineering team has over 190+ engineers with skill sets across
• Android, iOS, NodeJS, .NET, Backend, Fullstack, QA, Data Science, Data Engineers, Security, DevOps etc.
• We use microservices architecture on AWS cloud. Our Engineering teams are organized as Pods with
• Weekly sprints. We solve a variety of user, product and business problem statements at scale under one roof, which is very unique.
• Were simultaneously building -
• Digital communication stack (video, chat and call consultations with Doctors) Ecommerce stack
• (medicine delivery)
• Hyperlocal stack (lab tests @ Home)
• Transactions stack (for all healthcare transactions)
• Booking of services stack (for in clinic doctor consultations)
• Data security, data science stack (NLP, imaging, video, audio based data problems and data analytics)
• B2B stack (for large corporates to provide healthcare to employees and large insurers to provide
• healthcare services to policyholders)
• As a Senior Front-End Developer at Medibuddy, your responsibilities will include:
• Defining the architecture for building modern, performant, and efficient front-end systems and user-facing features that drive complex web applications.
• Collaborating with mobile application teams to ensure a coherent and extensible front-end architecture.
• Writing clean, fast, compatible, and testable code to develop modern web applications.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Leading the definition of policies for building secure web applications and ensuring adherence to security standards.
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to meet project targets and objectives.
• Exploring existing systems, identifying areas of complexity, and mitigating potential risks in the implementation of advanced visualization products.
• Requirements:
• B.E./B.Tech or higher degree from top-ranked colleges.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architecting and building modern, responsive web applications for desktop and mobile platforms.

• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with frameworks such as Next.js, React.js, and Vue.js. Ability to work on the server-side of web applications when required.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and other CSS frameworks, as well as server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.
• Strong understanding and experience with web technologies including HTTP, REST and GraphQL APIs, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and advanced web performance optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility, and internationalization best practices to ensure compliance in web applications.
• Deep understanding of web application vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring adherence to security standards.
• Strong focus on web performance optimization and familiarity with performance monitoring and tuning tools.
• Experience leading the development of complex software systems, with the ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements and define product features and strategies.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, testing, and operations.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills and productivity.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to large-scale complex systems.
