Pravi HR Advisory (https://www.pravihr.com/) is a boutique HR Consulting firm supporting Clients to hire the right candidates for Middle and Senior level positions. We support Clients from multiple industries viz. Banking / NBFC / Insurance, ITES, IT, GCC Manufacturing (Home Appliances, Water Treatment, Electrical Equipment) etc providing a very wide canvas.
We need experienced Senior Freelance Recruiters for our Executive Search division, on WFH mode. We offer attractive success-based fee, a growing customer base, and an intellectually stimulated environment. We also provide all professional tools including Naukri access.
Role:
- Source right candidates as per the Job Description and salary budget of the Client Company
- Use all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Job portals, social media campaign, Industry mapping and headhunting industry-relevant profiles
- Evaluate the candidates suitability by conducting interviews and reference check
- Maintain Recruitment Tracker and publish periodic recruitment analysis
- Coordinate the interview of the Candidate with the Client Companies.
- Coordinate with the final selected candidates to obtain the documents required by the Client Company.
- Handhold selected candidates till they join the client company
Requirements:
- Minimum -8- years experience in recruitment of Middle and Senior profiles
- Good understanding of Business & Functional requirements and ability to screen candidates on required skills.
- Preferably an MBA / BTech
- Good communication skills
