Senior Freelance MEP Design Engineer | Project-Based

Climaire HVAC Consultants is looking for an experienced MEP Design Engineer to collaborate with us on commercial interior fit-out projects.

We are specifically looking for professionals with proven experience in delivering complete MEP design packages for commercial projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

Required expertise:

• Complete MEP design for commercial fit-outs.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and drainage design.
• Firefighting layouts and coordination.
• MEP drawings and documentation for mall approvals.
• AutoCAD and professional MEP design software.

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP design experience.
• Previous experience with commercial fit-out projects.
• Demonstrated experience preparing complete MEP drawing packages.
• Ability to independently manage design deliverables and revisions.

Engagement: Freelance / Contract

Work arrangement: Remote

Payment: Project-based, depending on experience and scope.

Important: This opportunity is strictly for experienced professionals. Freshers, trainees and candidates without relevant commercial MEP design experience will not be considered.
