In India, we are building a community of senior FP&A professionals who operate as trusted finance partners within US-based corporate finance teams.
This is not a reporting-only FP&A role. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for US businesses while working directly with CFOs, Controllers, and business leaders.
What You Will Own
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Build and manage advanced financial models and scenario analysis
- Partner directly with US leadership teams on strategic initiatives
- Deliver actionable insights to improve business performance
- Drive reporting improvements and strengthen FP&A processes
- Support decision-making through financial and operational analysis
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience working with US clients or global stakeholders
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- CA / MBA / CFA preferred
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
