About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Forex Analyst specializing in USDINR trends, with strong research capabilities and deep understanding of global economic indicators. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams as well as finance consultancies, providing insights, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous market research on USD, INR, and major global currencies.
- Track global macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, and central bank policies.
- Analyze short-term and long-term movements in USDINR using technical & fundamental tools.
- Prepare detailed research reports, forecasts, and market commentaries for stakeholders.
- Advise business teams on forex exposure, hedging strategies, and risk management.
- Build relationships and collaborate with finance consultancies and treasury experts.
- Monitor daily FX market movements and share timely updates with leadership.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights using models, charts, and forecasting tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Forex Research/Analysis with specialization in USDINR.
- Strong understanding of global economics, monetary policy, fiscal developments, and market drivers.
- Solid grasp of technical analysis tools: charts, indicators, patterns, oscillators, etc.
- Exceptional research abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience preparing financial models, forecasting reports, dashboards, or FX summaries.
- Ability to present complex market insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Experience working with finance consultancies, brokerage houses, or treasury teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg/Refinitiv/TradingView/other forex research platforms.
