This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Food Scientist located in Bengaluru. The Senior Food Scientist will contribute to the Research and Development (R&D) of food products, oversee food preparation processes, and apply technical expertise in food science and food technology to innovate and improve product offerings. The individual will conduct experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product quality and safety standards. They will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage lab operations effectively.

• Strong background in Food Science, Food Technology, and Food & Beverage systems
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and product formulation
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills for testing, evaluating, and innovating food products
• Commitment to quality control and adherence to food safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is an advantage
