F&B CAPTAIN - Loco Otro, Pune
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the team and set service standards from guest arrival to departure
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service with personalised recommendations
- Build rapport with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly
- Provide menu expertise, explaining dishes and ingredients confidently
- Manage floor operations and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff
- Handle guest concerns and special requests efficiently
- Maintain health and safety standards in food and beverage service
- Execute opening and closing procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years experience as F&B Captain or supervisor
- Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Guest centered approach with natural ability to connect with people
- Quick problem-solving skills with professionalism and grace
- Ability to work under pressure and lead during busy shifts
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
