SENIOR FLUTTER DEVELOPER

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with strong experience in developing scalable, high-performance cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate should have expertise in mobile application architecture, state management, reusable component development, and end-to-end application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

• Build scalable applications within large-scale Flutter mono-repo architectures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and release new features

• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code

• Architect reusable components and libraries for future use

• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application bottlenecks

• Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and implement best practices

• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews

• Contribute ideas during technical discussions and brainstorming sessions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development

• Strong proficiency in Flutter Framework and Dart

• Experience in complex UI development and state management

• Experience with third-party libraries and REST APIs

• Strong understanding of the complete mobile development lifecycle

• Experience with multi-package mono-repo structures

• Experience with Git/version control systems

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Flutter Web / PWA development

• Exposure to Java / Spring Boot backend development

• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
