Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Fleet Manager at PrithaAds. The role is based in Goa, India, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet, optimizing routes, managing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Fleet management experience and knowledge of transportation regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Proficiency in fleet management software and tools
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Certifications in Fleet Management or related field
