Years of Exp - 5 to 8 years
Responsibilities
- Tool design experience for Semiconductor industry
- Experience in design and development of assembly, inspection, and testing fixtures for Semiconductor industry
- Awareness to Semi standards.
- Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, assembly, and detailing using Unigraphics-NX or CREO
- Knowledge of detailed design & DFMA principles
- Application of advanced GD&T, tolerance stack up, basic engineering calculations.
- Selection of OEM Components like O-ring, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Fittings, Fasteners, and other hardware.
- Design experience of Sheetmetal, Machined components, selection, and integration of EE, HW modules.
- Experience working with Cross functional team during design and development
- Design and develop mechanical tooling including:
- Build carts and transport carts
- Lift fixtures and handling tools
- Alignment and setup fixtures
- End effectors and custom service tools
- Translate manufacturing and service requirements into robust tooling solutions.
- Perform tolerance analysis, load calculations, FEA, and safety reviews.
Qualifications:
BE / BTech
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Required Skills
Tool design experience for Semiconductor industry, Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, assembly, and detailing using Unigraphics-NX or CREO.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of detailed design & DFMA principles, Application of advanced GD&T, tolerance stack up, basic engineering calculations.
