Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise installation of mounting structures and mechanical fittings.
  • Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and fastening of structures.
  • Read and understand basic structure drawings and layouts.
  • Guide helpers and fitters at the site.
  • Ensure safety practices while working at heights.
  • Coordinate with electrical and site teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • ITI / Diploma (Fitter / Mechanical).
  • 2–5 years of experience in structure or fabrication work.
  • Knowledge of tools, fasteners, and site safety standards.
  • Ability to supervise site helpers.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and at project sites.
