About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned, high-impact Fitness & Movement Trainer who is passionate about human movement, transformation, and delivering measurable client outcomes. This role is ideal for professionals who have a deep understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and functional training, and can translate that knowledge into safe, effective, and inspiring training sessions.
Who you Are :
- 5+ years of hands-on client training experience
- Exposure to one or more fitness disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, Functional Training, or Strength Training
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns
- Ability to assess client needs and guide them toward improved movement, recovery, and performance
- High energy, empathetic, and client-focused coaching approach
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver structured, safe, and results-driven training programs
- Train clients across various goals, including:
- Weight loss
- Rehabilitation & recovery
- Strength & conditioning
- Lifestyle fitness
- Assess movement quality and customize sessions accordingly
- Track client progress and continuously optimize training plans
- Create a positive, motivating, and welcoming training environment
- Ensure adherence to training standards, safety protocols, and overall client experience
Certifications & Credentials:
- Valid fitness certifications are mandatory
- Specializations in rehabilitation, mobility, corrective exercise, or strength training are a plus
- Demonstrated client results, testimonials, or performance metrics preferred
