Description
We are seeking a Senior Fire Alarm Technician with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain fire alarm systems in compliance with national and local codes.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and installations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in fire alarm installation and maintenance.
- Certification in fire alarm systems (e.g., NICET, FSSA) preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and fire safety codes.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and testing equipment related to fire alarm systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 5+ years in UAE/GCC in Fire Alarm system Installation & Maintenance
