Role Overview
A leading global organization is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join its growing Finance Systems team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who bridges finance and technology — using financial systems expertise to enable data integrity, planning, and reporting at scale across a fast-growing business.
If you are a systems-savvy finance professional with deep OneStream and ERP experience who enjoys partnering across Finance and IT to solve meaningful problems — we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end integrations and data quality (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) across financial and operational platforms including OneStream, NetSuite, Certinia, and Dayforce
- Govern master data hierarchies — accounts, cost centers, products, customers — across all financial systems
- Administer the OneStream application and deployed solutions across Production, Test, and Development environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance
- Design and maintain OneStream workflows, business rules, calculations, input forms, and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting cycles
- Build and maintain reports and automated executive reporting packages in OneStream, NetSuite, and analytics tools — covering GAAP financials and management reporting
- Deliver training and first-line support on OneStream (Web App and Excel Add-In) to drive adoption and self-sufficiency
- Investigate data anomalies, partner with Finance and IT to resolve root causes, and implement preventive controls
- Lead or contribute to the design, build, testing, and rollout of new financial systems solutions — from requirements gathering through hyper-care.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with CPM/EPM technologies; OneStream experience is essential
- Solid working knowledge of General Ledger and ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle Financials Cloud, SAP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of core financial processes: budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidations, reporting, allocations, and profitability analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial data modeling; Power BI is a plus
- Programming experience in .NET, VB.Net, SQL, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with relational and multidimensional databases; familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) or data warehousing concepts is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Comfort leveraging approved AI tools to drive productivity and quality, while maintaining accountability for outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- OneStream Certified Associate or OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) designation
- Experience with Black Diamond Advisory OneStream solutions and framework
- Experience supporting SOX / ITGC compliance frameworks
- Exposure to AI-enabled financial planning tools or automation initiatives
- MBA or CPA designation
- Experience in a global, multi-entity organization with multi-currency reporting
