Essential Job Functions:

• Experience supporting financial planning and analysis for a large IT organization, including consolidation across multiple OBS units

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and application within IT financial operations

• Deep knowledge of IT cost structures including Capital, Operating Expense, 1X expense, prepaids, depreciation, and amortization

• Ability to interpret financial results, identify key drivers of budget and forecast spend, and translate insights into actionable guidance

• Provide financial guidance to Portfolio Leads to ensure alignment with financial policies and accurate forecasting inputs

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data submissions from Portfolio Leads

• Manage and support the consolidation of the annual capital, expense, and 1X expense budgets across all OBS units within IT

• Govern budget process, templates, and timelines including demand intake, unrationalized and rationalized budgets, and revisions

• Create, maintain, and manage standardized budget templates and ensure consistent use across teams

• Collaborate with Portfolio Leads and act as liaison with L2 leadership to meet budget deadlines and targets

• Review interdependencies across IT functions to ensure alignment and full budget coverage

• Analyze cost savings opportunities, and evaluate incremental, fixed, and variable cost drivers

• Identify and explain key drivers of year-over-year budget changes

• Own budget consolidation, validation, and accuracy of all submitted inputs

• Develop and prepare budget decks and supporting materials for leadership review

• Ensure all OBS budget content is organized and documented for audit and leadership visibility

• Support ongoing strategic planning and multi-year budget development

• Manage all categories of spend (Capital, Operating, 1XOpEx) across assigned OBS areas

• Lead monthly forecast consolidation and reporting in alignment with Corporate Finance timelines

• Conduct monthly forecasting with variance analysis to budget and prior forecast (month-over-month)

• Consolidate and submit IT EAC for quarterly forecast cycles

• Validate accuracy and completeness of forecast inputs from Portfolio Leads

• Identify risks and opportunities, including proactive identification of underspend and reallocation of funds

• Leverage centralized financial tools and dashboards for forecasting, tracking, and reporting

• Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement in financial governance and forecasting processes

Qualifications:

• 6+ Years of experience in IT Financial planning and Analysis.

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and application within IT financial operations
