Financial Controller (Chartered Accountant)

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Qualification: CA (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Controller to manage and oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience, capable of handling financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audits
• Handle GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
• Support management with financial strategy and forecasting

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing / retail / e-commerce industry (if applicable)
• Knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
