Description Are you passionate about FP&A for the most complex and interesting supply chain/network on earth Join our dynamic team at the Capability Center for WW Operations FP&A, where you'll support a variety of critical workstreams. As a Sr Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives across **P&L Planning and Reporting, Head Count Controllership, and Global Capital Management**. Key job responsibilities Drive planning and reporting of worldwide operations across P&L, headcount, and capital management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data analysis. Collaborate closely with business and finance teams to identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Drive the automation of the planning and reporting framework and models, utilizing AI-based automation and advanced technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Maintain good controllership across all FP&A workstreams, implementing robust controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) - 4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence Preferred Qualifications - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of Tableau - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
