This expert-level role involves working on AI model training, focusing on hands-on code review, performance optimization, and security best practices. As a remote contractor, you will collaborate with a global community of accomplished engineers to elevate code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough code reviews and pull request (PR) evaluations to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality standards

• Identify, debug, and resolve complex software issues across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go codebases

• Implement performance optimization techniques to improve the efficiency and scalability of software applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle

• Develop and maintain high-quality, readable, and well-documented code that meets industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go programming languages

• Experience with code review, performance optimization, and security best practices

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline and version control systems such as GitHub

• Ability to debug and resolve complex software issues

• Familiarity with AI model training and development
