Senior Financial Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a leading product-based organization in Bengaluru.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: CA / CPA (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and maintain journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

Support month-end and quarter-end close activities

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies

Review expense contracts and determine appropriate accounting treatment

Research and document technical accounting positions and conclusions

Partner with auditors and support financial statement audits

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements

Prepare management reports and audit schedules

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting

Experience with accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations

Experience in public accounting or large public companies preferred

Expertise in Oracle Financials, BlackLine, or similar accounting systems

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Product-based or Tier-1 company experience only

Software industry or Shared Services Center experience is a plus
