Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements (PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- MIS reporting, budgeting forecasting, variance analysis
- Bank reconciliation cash flow management
- Vendor and intercompany reconciliations
- Inventory tracking coordination with logistics
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Managing audits and financial controls
- Global financial consolidation and reporting
Requirements
CA-Inter / Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of relevant experience in accounting finance
Strong knowledge of taxation, reconciliations, and reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
Ability to handle finance operations independently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
