The Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for US-based clients, working across finance, systems, and process improvements.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will handle financials, optimize workflows using automation, and collaborate with global stakeholders.

What You'll Do (Impact-Focused Responsibilities)

• Manage end-to-end accounting and lead month-end/year-end close cycles
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Perform reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy
• Partner with US clients and act as a trusted finance contact
• Leverage automation/AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency
• Identify process improvements and support audit readiness

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in accounting with strong US GAAP exposure
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, close cycles, and reconciliations
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for working with global stakeholders
• CA / CPA (or pursuing) is a plus
