About the role:

As a fast-growing deep-tech startup, we are looking for a highly capable finance and tax professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment and is excited to help scale a global technology company.

Role: Tax Manager / Senior Finance & Tax Professional

Location: QpiAI, Jakkur, Bengaluru

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Preferred Background: Experience with a Big 4 firm

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage direct and indirect tax compliance across entities
• Handle corporate tax planning, GST, transfer pricing, and international taxation matters
• Drive FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Partner with business and leadership teams for strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Work closely with finance, legal, and leadership teams on structuring and regulatory matters
• Manage tax assessments, audits, notices, and liaison with consultants/advisors
• Support strategic transactions, fundraising, cross-border operations, and expansion initiatives
• Help build scalable finance, reporting, and compliance systems in a startup environment

What We're Looking For

• Qualified CA with strong academic credentials
• Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting/advisory firm is strongly preferred
• Strong expertise in taxation, compliance, and FP&A
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, business finance, and MIS reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Someone excited about building and scaling within a high-growth deep-tech startup
