Job Description

  • Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and scale finance processes and systems
  • Identify opportunities to design and deliver process and system improvements across shared‑services finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R)
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver high‑impact system improvements
  • Drive system enhancements to support efficient, compliant business operations
  • Provide expertise across system upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes
  • Ensure data integrity and enable accurate, reliable financial reporting
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable effective user training and adoption
  • Lead cross‑functional delivery of finance systems initiatives
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Identify opportunities to manage and develop a finance systems team while balancing projects and BAU support

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Systems Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of finance systems, SAP Transformation and Finance Operations
  • Professional Services/Management Consulting industry experience
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve system performance.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree in finance Accounting, Information Systems or related field professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
