Strategic roadmap ownership with hands‑on ERP and automation delivery

Job Description

Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and scale finance processes and systems
Identify opportunities to design and deliver process and system improvements across shared‑services finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R)
Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver high‑impact system improvements
Drive system enhancements to support efficient, compliant business operations
Provide expertise across system upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes
Ensure data integrity and enable accurate, reliable financial reporting
Maintain clear documentation and enable effective user training and adoption
Lead cross‑functional delivery of finance systems initiatives
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
Identify opportunities to manage and develop a finance systems team while balancing projects and BAU support

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Systems Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of finance systems, SAP Transformation and Finance Operations
Professional Services/Management Consulting industry experience
Analytical skills to assess and improve system performance.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with regulations.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
A degree in finance Accounting, Information Systems or related field professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
